Event Details The Klondike Derby is a Scouts BSA competition for younger Scouts with a focus on Tenderfoot through First Class skills, and a leadership event for older Scouts who are eligible to participate as “staff” members or Yukon Rangers. “Sled teams” pull a Klondike style dogsled on a course that passes through cities and stations named for cities in Alaska and perform tasks to accumulate points.
