Get ready for fun at Webelos Adventure Camp! We'll be celebrating the nation's 250th birthday this summer. New this year ... WAC will be at Camp Grimes!

•Pack Registration For WAC Opens- March 10, 2026
•Webelos Adventure Camp Class Selection Opens- May 1, 2026
•Webelos Adventure Camp Late Fee Starts – June 13, 2026 – 3 Weeks Out From Camp
•Webelos Adventure Camp Closes – July 2, 2026 (10 Days Out)
•Costs: $250 per Scout; late fee is $275 for Scouts
$125 per leader and Den Chiefs; late fee is $150 each

| BSA Health Form | All participants are required to submit completed, up to date Scouting America medical forms A, B and C during check-in to participate. In addition, each participant must include a copy of the front and back of his/her medical insurance card. | Download |
| BSA Swim Form | The swim classification test performed at a unit level should be conducted by one of the following council-approved resource people: Aquatics Instructor, BSA; BSA Lifeguard; BSA Swimming & Water Rescue; or other lifeguard, swimming instructor, etc. Test administrators should utilize chapter 5 of the BSA Aquatics Supervision Guide. | Download |
