A list of all program activities and associated advancement requirements. The list changes from year to year as new stations are rotated in to meet the needs of our scouts.

The council's COVID waiver must be completed, signed and turned in by all campers and staff when you first arrive at Belk this season.

Staff hats will be distributed at the Shakedown weekend at Belk Scout Camp. If you registered before March 18th your name will be on your hat!

Important Dates

WAC Unit Leader Meeting
Get all the important details to register your unit for WAC this year. (Zoom call)
WAC Unit Registration Opens
Register your unit for WAC 2021 - select the session, campsite preference and check-in time.
WAC Staff Kick-Off Meeting
All youth staff must attend to learn about their responsibilities and expectations for serving on WAC staff. (Zoom call)
Unit Schedule Selection Opens
Choose the schedule that you want for your unit during WAC this summer.
WAC Shakedown Begins
Friday, April 30th to Sunday May 2nd. Shakedown weekend for all youth staff to be held at Belk Scout Camp.
Registration Closes
On-Time registration closes; late registration begins and late fees apply.
Lifeguard Training
A weekend long course at Belk beginning Friday, June 3rd and wrapping up Sunday June 5th.
Tower Staff Training
Learn the ropes to work at the climbing tower this summer.
Advance Swim Tests
Get your swim tests done before camp to free up time on Check In day. Held at Belk Scout Camp.
