Mecklenburg County Council provides an accredited, organized, overnight theme-related outdoor camping program for Webelos Scouts, Scout leaders and parents.

02/24/2022 | WAC Unit Leader Meeting | Get all the important details to register your unit for WAC this year. (Zoom call) |
03/01/2022 | WAC Unit Registration Opens | Register your unit for WAC 2021 - select the session, campsite preference and check-in time. |
03/23/2022 | WAC Staff Kick-Off Meeting | All youth staff must attend to learn about their responsibilities and expectations for serving on WAC staff. (Zoom call) |
04/01/2022 | Unit Schedule Selection Opens | Choose the schedule that you want for your unit during WAC this summer. |
04/29/2022 | WAC Shakedown Begins | Friday, April 30th to Sunday May 2nd. Shakedown weekend for all youth staff to be held at Belk Scout Camp. |
05/31/2022 | Registration Closes | On-Time registration closes; late registration begins and late fees apply. |
06/11/2022 | Advance Swim Tests | Get your swim tests done before camp to free up time on Check In day. Held at Belk Scout Camp. |
06/18/2022 | Advance Swim Tests | Get your swim tests done before camp to free up time on Check In day. Held at Belk Scout Camp. |
07/06/2022 | WAC Set Up Day | Let's get Belk ready for WAC this year! All youth staff are expected to be at Belk to help set up and prepare for camp. |
07/07/2022 | Session 1 Begins | The first units arrive for Session 1. |
