Stamp Collecting Merit Badge Guide
The Charlotte Philatelic Society (CPS) once again invites all Piedmont and Mecklenburg County Council Scouts BSA members to ‘CHARPEX’, the Annual Stamp Show, located in Worrell Building on the Central Campus of CPCC in Downtown Charlotte.
Scout leader Glenn Silverman of Piedmont Council will lead a Stamp Collecting Merit Badge Workshop.
Rarities and philatelic ‘phinds’ will be on exhibition. Scouts who are accompanied by an adult who sign up for the CPS mailing list can receive a $3.00 coupon to spend at the show.
Almost all of the program materials are donated.
Space is limited and on-line pre-registration is required.
