Fall Recruiting Material Pick-up at Roundtable on August 8th at 7 pm (Huntersville UMC)
All units recruiting this fall should plan to attend the Hornets Nest District Roundtable on August 8th at 7 pm at Huntersville United Methodist Church (14005 Stumptown Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078) to receive there fall recruiting packets and yard signs for you to use for your units open house and to place in neighborhoods. We will have everything in hand by the meeting.
Each unit will receive a recruiting packet with applications and other important documents, with around 7 yard signs, 2 posters, and a banner to be displayed at chartered org.
We have brand new designed banners and recruiting yard signs that have been ordered this year that will have plenty of space to write on.
