Who: All registered Mecklenburg County Council Webelos Scouts.
When: Friday November 14th 6 PM – Sunday November 16th 11AM.
Where: Camp Grimes, 383 Vein Mountain Road, Nebo, NC

Each Pack must submit a registration form listing all Webelos and Adults who will be attending. Registration and payment should be submitted through Tentaroo on or before Friday November 7, 2025.
All Patrols must have a minimum of two leaders. One of these leaders must be 21 years of age and a registered scout leader.
Meals: Each Pack will be responsible for their own meals for the weekend, we will provide lunch. We are using this approach to reduce the cost of the WebelosRee. You should plan for Saturday breakfast and dinner and Sunday breakfast. We encourage you to let the scouts help with the meal planning prior to camp and, as much as possible, do the cooking for the weekend. We suggest planning for 30 minutes of cooking time and 30 minutes to eat for breakfast and 45 minutes of cooking time and 30 minutes to eat for dinner.
Camping: TBD. Camp site assignments will be provided prior to camp.
Scouts BSA: Scouts who are 14 years of age and are First Class rank are encouraged to volunteer as Camp Staff.
