The Summit Bechtel Reserve or "The Summit" in West Virginia is getting ready to host its first formal event with the 2013 National Jamboree. We have exciting news. Our council has been selected to send one Boy Scout Troop (36 Scouts and 4 leaders) and one Venturing Crew (8 Venturers and 2 leaders).

WHAT: Summit Shakedown

WHEN: July 13-17, 2012

WHO: Registered Boy Scouts (ages 12 and First Class Rank by June 1, 2012) and Registered Venturers

COST: $270 (Includes all activities, meals, transportation, shirt and patch)

Our council has been awarded 5 troops to fill for the 2013 National Jamboree which will be held July 15-24, 2013 at The Summit in West Virginia.
