The quality of Scouting depends on the men and women who wear the Commissioner Wreath of Service. The College of Commissioner Science is a one day training course for all commissioners. Mecklenburg County Council and Central N.C. Council will provide a quality staff of experienced commissioners to assure objectives are met during this training.
